Spacer / Isolator for a Solex INAT 35/40 carburetor as used by Mercedes-Benz on their 220, 230 and 250 models (W108, W109, W110, W111 and W114.

This resin spacer / isolator has a total thickness of 8.1mm and therewith prevents heat-transfer from the inlet manifold to the carburetor.

It is covered with gasket material on both side to acertain excellent sealing qualities.

As mentioned, this is the "Mercedes" version with the two notched out of the side as visible in the photo.

The bores are 36 and 41mm respectively.
