Service kit for an ITALIAN-made (!) Weber 40 DCOE carburetor.
This set is suitable for the following versions of the DCOE:
- Tipo 40DCOE1 through to 40DCOE150, all marked as Carburatore Weber Bologna and Brevettato EW Made in Italy on the top cover
Depending on engine size and its thirst, we can offer the following needle valves sizes which you can select through the Needle Valve Size * drop-box above right above the Add to cart button:
If you are unsure about what size to chose, then please open up your carburetor and take a close look at the seat of your old needle valve. The size will be stamped into it, similar to this picture.
If your carburetors worked fine with that size, then please select that same size for your service kit.
In total, this set contains the following parts to service 1 carburetor:
- Needle valve (choice of size 150 - 300)
- Top gasket
- Jet cover gasket
- Spring cover gasket
- Rubberized bottom cover gasket
- Fuel filter
- Various, fuel-resistant, rubber o-rings
- Various fiber washers
- Various aluminum washers
- Air filter gasket
- 2 manifold gaskets
