This is the Pipercross PX300 air filter system for 1 Weber DIR carburetor.

An explanation of this ingenious system can be found HERE.

A set consists of a baseplate made to fit the Weber DMTL series and, when desired, a PX300 filter element of your choice.

To make life a little easier for you you can open the tables with sizes in a new window by clicking HERE.

To allow you engine to breath as freely as possible, we advise you to take the largest filter that you can fit under the bonnet.

If you are using ram pipes or trumpets, then please allow at least 19 mm of space between the trumpet mouth and inner face of the filter.

Both models of filters have the same basics size (i.e. "footprint) which is 190 x 190 mm to fit onto the baseplates so the differences are only in the varying internal and external height and shape.
Please note that they appear so be narrower than that they are long but in the width, we also count the two securing lips.
