This is the, angled, metal fuel inlet banjo for a Dellorto VHB, VHBT or VHBZ carburetor with 8 mm fuel union.

As visible in the photo, the fuel line union is set at an angle of some 45 degrees.

It is secured into place with Fiber Washer # 4052 and Bolt # 4568.
