If you own a Mercedes 190SL, you are probably very well aware of the fact that the original Solex PHH carburetors are reaching the end of their working life.

One great way of keeping your cherished car on the road is by installing our "2 x Weber 40 DCOE Carburetor Conversion Kit" to replace the worn Solex PHHs.

That set can be found HERE.

But... while you're at it... why not swap out the outdated "siamese ports" original inlet manifold for this much more efficient version?

After all, with the Weber conversion you are virtually providing each cylinder with a carburetor of its own and these manifolds with individual ports per cylinder will further improve the efficiency of the engine.

Please note that minor modifications to the head or manifolds might be necessary to make it fit perfectly.

One of the manifolds is already equipped with a union to connect the vacuum hose for the brake booster to.
