Weber DGV Conversion Kit MGB 1800.

PMG105 Weber DGV Conversion Kit MGB 1800

This is a complete conversion kit to replace the worn SU carburettors on a 1800cc MG MGB with a brandnew Weber DGV.

This is kit is basically plug & play so you will only require the gasket that fits between the inlet manifold and the cylinder head.

What you see in the picture is what you will get.

This kit is equipped with the standard jets and should require a little tuning to get the most out of your engine.

But please bear in mind that all MGB engines are coming of age and that progressive wear might require extra tuning to compensate for the wear.

Standard Jetting:

  • Primary venturi: 26 mm (fixed)
  • Secondary venturi: 27 mm (fixed)
  • 140 Primary main jet
  • 135 Secondary main jet
  • F50 Primary emulsion tube
  • F6 Secondary emulsion tube
  • 165 Primary air corrector jet
  • 160 Secondary air corrector jet
  • 40 Pump exhaust valve
  • 55 Primary idle jet
  • 50 Secondary idle jet
  • 50 Pump jet
  • 2.00 Needle valve

There is a fair range of jets available for these carburetor so you can tune it to your requirements.

Of course the conversion will require a degree of "wrenching capability" if you want to perform the conversion yourself.
