This is the mounting bracket for the Throttle Position Sensor (or TPS) on the early Dellorto DHLA carburetors with "open" idle screws.

Please note that you might have to, slightly, modify this bracket when using it on the DHLA40E and later versions. This due to the position of the idle screw.
